Buyer aur seller ke beech open discussion mandatory hoga regarding:
- Design type (banner, poster, thumbnail, creative, etc.)
- Design style
- Size / format (Instagram, website, print, etc.)
- Reference designs (agar koi ho)
Jab tak sab cheeze clear aur mutually confirmed nahi ho jaati, work start nahi hoga.
Buyer pehle platform par 50% advance payment karega.
Advance payment ke baad seller work start karega.
Jab work complete ho jaayega, seller buyer ko design ka preview share karega.
Buyer design check karega aur agar agreed scope ke andar changes required honge, to seller un changes ko complete karega.
Changes complete hone ke baad buyer remaining payment platform par karega.
Remaining payment receive hone ke baad seller final design files buyer ko transfer karega.
Buyer final work ko review karega.
Jab buyer apni taraf se work done confirmation de dega, tabhi platform seller ko payment release karega.
Nahi. Direct payment strictly not allowed hai.
Agar buyer seller ko direct payment karta hai aur koi fraud hota hai, to platform responsible nahi hoga.
Refund sirf tab milega jab:
- Seller ne promised service provide nahi ki
- Work bilkul incorrect ho
- Seller kaam karne se mana kare
Important: Agar buyer ne work start hone ke baad reference change kiya ya new style demand ki, to refund applicable nahi hoga. Is case me buyer ka 50% advance seller ko diya jaayega.

- Platform ne payment release ki ho
Buyer confirmation ke bina seller ko payment nahi milegi.
Seller agreed service ke according revisions provide karega.
Small changes aur improvements seller karega.
Lekin agar buyer final work ke baad completely new reference ya new style demand karta hai, to wo new work maana jaayega.

Work start hone se pehle:
Seller aur buyer apas me clearly aur openly work ke baare me discuss karenge.
Seller clearly confirm karega ki wo kya deliver karega, kaise deliver karega, aur kis scope ke andar.
Buyer clearly confirm karega ki usse exactly kya chahiye aur wo isi scope ke liye agree hai.
Style, scope aur price dono taraf se confirm hone ke baad hi work start hoga.
Iske baad “mujhe pata nahi tha” ya “maine aisa socha tha” type complaints valid nahi hongi.
